  I have had nothing but the ultimate amazing experience with Anna Maria Chiaverini. Anna and her staff have been nothing but very professional, and have treated me like I am a person and not just another customer. They have been so friendly, understanding, kind, patient and respectful. They are always on top of my claim and kept in touch with me almost everyday to keep me updated on the status of my situation. I always have a ton of questions and they treat me with respect and such amazing professionalism and they comfort me and make me feel like 'Hey, it happens, and were here for you every step of the way'. All my questions or concerns are answered accurately in a very polite way. When I filed a claim they were simply amazing and worked quickly to give me to resolve the issue in such a very, very timely matter. I felt like I was talking with a friend instead of a rude and impatient insurance agent, which we find is the case way to often. Anna and her staff and even the claims adjuster and the lady I had to speak to to give her the details of my accident were beyond amazing and friendly and understanding. I didn't feel like I was a burden to them just because I had a accident. You can have a hundred stars to rate my experience and it still wouldn't be enough to express how happy and satisfied I am with Allstate and Anna and her staff. I have recommended Allstate and Anna to friends that are looking for insurance and I will continue to do so. I'm a very, very satisfied and happy customer. Thank-you to all of you for giving me a very good experience with Anna And Allstate. You are all amazing and I really do appreciate everything you do for your customers to make them comfortable and put them at ease to make their insurance needs a number one priority.
